Department: Marketing
Location: Noë & Associates London
Description
Noë & Associates is seeking an ambitious and motivated Marketing Designer to support our Marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within a leading luxury creative consultancy, working closely with Creative Directors, Senior Designers, and marketers.
This unique role will also support marketing efforts for our sister agencies within Noë Studios – Pilotis, Imerza, and Visualisation One. These businesses span architectural visualisation, digital twin technology, and real estate sales presentation software, with marketing support ranging from digital channel content and shot lists to conference and event materials. The Marketing team’s role is to support all new business activity by creating polished tools such as decks and case studies, that showcase our work at its best, while also delivering refined marketing communications, from digital content to event materials, that raise awareness of the studios and position our teams as leaders in their respective fields.
While the role focuses on marketing rather than direct client project delivery, it offers a unique vantage point within a high-performing studio allowing the designer to observe how world-class projects are developed and delivered, understand agency workflows, and learn from close proximity to experienced creative teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Designer will support the creation of high-quality marketing materials for use across multiple channels, helping to communicate our work, capabilities, and brand consistently and creatively.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the Marketing team, Head of Design, and Creative Directors to develop case studies and supporting assets.
- Preparing and adapting existing visual content into multiple formats for internal and external use.
- Producing marketing collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, presentations, and case studies.
- Editing video content and creating basic motion graphics to support marketing and case study content.
- Designing social media assets, including templates, posts, and story visuals.
- Ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across all marketing materials.
- Working with developers to support website updates and design improvements.
- Maintaining and organising the brand asset library.
- Supporting cross-department design needs as required.
- Developing briefs, art-directing, and providing feedback on collateral photoshoots in collaboration with photographers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
