The Position

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of Olivia von Halle’s growth. This senior leadership position will be responsible for defining and delivering the global marketing strategy across brand, digital, CRM, communications, partnerships and customer acquisition.

The role will grow the business while strengthening the brand, building awareness and desire, recruiting and retaining high-value customers, and driving profitable sales across DTC, wholesale and future retail channels. You will combine strong strategic thinking with commercial rigour and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer. You will instinctively understand how to protect and evolve the distinctive DNA of Olivia von Halle as the business grows, balancing long-term brand building with immediate commercial priorities.

The Role

Brand, Customer & Growth

  • Define and lead the global marketing strategy, aligned with the company’s growth ambitions and brand vision.
  • Build Olivia von Halle’s awareness, desirability and relevance internationally while protecting its distinctive luxury positioning.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer and use insight, data and performance to inform marketing strategy and investment.
  • Drive profitable growth across existing and emerging markets through effective customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value strategies.
  • Own the annual marketing and trading calendar, ensuring activity is aligned with product launches, key commercial moments and wider business priorities.
  • Develop the brand’s digital footprint and customer experience, identifying opportunities across paid, organic, social, content, CRM and other relevant channels.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, collaborations and other opportunities that can build awareness, acquire new customers and create incremental revenue.

Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Own and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring investment and resources are deployed effectively against strategic and commercial priorities.
  • Work closely with the CEO, Product, Digital, Sales and other key teams to ensure marketing is fully integrated across the business.
  • Oversee the performance of all relevant agencies and external partners, providing clear direction and accountability.

Team & Leadership

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team, creating a culture of ambition, creativity, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Establish effective processes, systems and ways of working to support the next stage of the company’s growth.
  • Bring energy, pace and entrepreneurial thinking, encouraging the team to test, learn and adapt.
  • Act as a senior leader within the wider business, contributing to the future direction and development of Olivia von Halle.

Experience & Expertise

  • Senior-level marketing experience, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability.
  • Experience across the full marketing ecosystem, including brand, digital, performance, CRM, social, content, PR, partnerships and experiential.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and channels, with an understanding of DTC, wholesale and retail.
  • An exceptional strategic thinker who can translate vision into practical plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong relationships across a senior leadership team and wider business.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly.
  • A strong and relevant network across luxury, media, creative, digital and partnerships.
