Marketing Director

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Director to lead the strategic planning, production and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a portfolio of distinct audio technology brands.

This senior leadership opportunity will see you working closely with executive leadership, product teams and commercial stakeholders to shape marketing strategy, optimise campaign delivery and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will play a central role in connecting brand marketing teams with in-house creative and digital specialists, ensuring marketing activity is aligned, efficient and commercially focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop integrated, audience-first marketing content strategies across multiple brands
  • Maintain distinct brand identities, market positioning and target audiences while identifying cross-promotional opportunities
  • Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial control
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing programme delivery, including timelines, dependencies, resources and milestones
  • Lead, mentor and align in-house creative, content and digital marketing teams
  • Improve marketing workflows, operational efficiency and capacity planning across multiple workstreams
  • Work collaboratively with executive leadership, product and commercial stakeholders to align marketing activity with business objectives
  • Establish and monitor marketing performance KPIs, including engagement, traffic, conversions and delivery efficiency
  • Use campaign analytics and performance insights to drive continuous improvement

Experience & Skills Required

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, minimum 5 years in senior management or director-level positions
  • Experience working within Audio, Video, Lighting or Music technology manufacturing, with an understanding of media production customers
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands, product portfolios or sub-brands
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including managing large marketing budgets and driving ROI
  • Experience developing and executing global or regional brand positioning and market-entry strategies
  • A track record of leading cross-functional creative, digital, product and sales teams
  • Experience negotiating with external agency partners and engaging executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including market research, consumer behaviour analysis and marketing performance measurement

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to take strategic and operational responsibility for marketing across a group of distinct brands, combining creative leadership, commercial accountability and multi-brand campaign delivery.

Working with executive leadership, you will have responsibility for marketing planning, budget allocation, operational improvement and performance reporting.

Location: South East England | Office-based
