Job Title: Director of Marketing

Location: London | Regular UK & European Travel

Our client is a premium, multi-location business experiencing continued growth and investment. They are seeking an exceptional marketing leader to shape and elevate a well-established brand while building a commercially focused marketing function that delivers measurable business results. This is an opportunity to influence executive strategy, lead an experienced team, and create marketing initiatives that directly impact occupancy, revenue, and long-term customer loyalty across an expanding commercial portfolio.

The Director of Marketing will lead the entire marketing function, balancing strategic brand leadership with data-driven performance marketing to accelerate growth and strengthen market presence across the UK and Europe.

Role Highlights

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, communications, PR, content, and customer engagement.
  • Develop high-performing acquisition campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, and emerging digital channels.
  • Drive website performance, conversion optimisation, and CRM marketing using HubSpot and marketing automation.
  • Build integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads while strengthening long-term brand recognition.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop an established marketing team alongside specialist agency partners.

You Will Need

  • Significant senior marketing leadership experience within a Commercial Property or premium consumer environment.
  • A proven track record of combining brand strategy with measurable performance marketing success.
  • Strong expertise across SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics, digital optimisation, and campaign performance.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, agency relationships, and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to translate marketing activity into revenue growth and business performance.
