Marketing & Brand Director

Manchester (with venues across Manchester & Leeds)

£75,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Shape Brands. Drive Growth. Create Experiences.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing & Brand Director to join one of the North's most exciting and fast-growing hospitality groups.

Operating multiple venues across Manchester and Leeds, this business is built around a collection of distinct hospitality concepts, each with its own personality, audience, and reason to visit. From vibrant food and drink destinations to experiential venues and unique lifestyle brands, this is a company that thrives on creativity, innovation, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

With further openings planned this year and throughout next year, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a commercially minded and highly creative leader to take ownership of brand strategy, marketing performance, and customer engagement across the entire portfolio.

The Role

As Marketing & Brand Director, you will lead the development and execution of the group's marketing strategy, ensuring each brand maintains its unique identity while contributing to wider business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can think strategically whilst remaining close to the detail. You'll work closely with founders, operational leaders, and venue teams to create campaigns that drive footfall, increase brand awareness, and maximise revenue across multiple channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
