Want to join a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer? πŸ‘‹ About us

Skin Analytics is an award-winning, health tech company that deploys world-leading skin cancer pathways using AI as a medical device, DERM.

Following our recent Β£15M series B funding, regulatory milestones hit, and doubling from 50 to 100 headcount in 2025, we're ready to scale further internationally, making history for AI in healthcare and the future of dermatology.

We're proud to epitomise AI for good - with a Class III CE mark, DERM is the only AI as a medical device approved to make clinical decisions autonomously in the cancer space, as well as being the first company to receive a NICE recommendation for use across the NHS.*

DERM is deployed at more than 28 NHS organisations where we enable patients to gain significantly quicker access to skin cancer diagnosis. If that's not enough, we also collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes.

We are a team of passionate people on a mission to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.

The role will lead a small, specialist marketing team, and requires someone who can operate at both a strategic and delivery level, with accountability for commercial outcomes.

  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with external agencies: digital media agency, and design agency, holding them to agreed KPIs and deliverables.
  • Line manage the B2B marketing team. Set clear objectives, maintain output standards, support development, and build a culture of commercial accountability and continuous improvement.

Go-To-Market and International Expansion

  • Continue to support the expansion of UK and Ireland business working in close partnership with commercial leads. Adapt positioning, channel mix, and account marketing strategy to the wider UK health system, procurement culture for NHS and other health partners.
  • Develop, operationalise and own the marketing playbook for international expansion markets, working in close partnership with commercial leads and drawing on best practice from established markets. Adapt positioning, channel mix, and campaign strategy to the specific healthcare system, procurement culture, and regulatory context of each geography.
  • Design and execute the account-based marketing strategy for UK and international markets. Define target account selection criteria and build account tiering in partnership with commercial leadership. Develop account and tier-specific programmes that drive engagement across the buying group and accelerate pipeline within priority accounts.
  • Own ABM programme infrastructure: account list management, personalised content and campaign deployment by account tier, and coordination with commercial teams to align marketing activity to active pipeline opportunities.
  • Own the go-to-market process for new market entries: market readiness assessment, localisation strategy, campaign planning, and commercial team enablement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Evidence that ABM activity directly influenced pipeline and accelerated deal progression.
  • Hands-on HubSpot platform experience (or similar platform) at an ownership level: data management, lead scoring configuration, lifecycle stage design, and CRM integration with commercial systems. Plus campaign infrastructure, landing page and email automation, smart content, and audience segmentation across the full demand generation funnel.
  • Proven ability to design and execute go-to-market playbooks for new geographies: market entry strategy, localisation, and adapting positioning and channel mix across different market contexts.
  • Experience building and maintaining HubSpot reporting dashboards for leadership: marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and spend efficiency.
  • Track record of tying marketing spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes, with a systematic, data-driven approach to attribution and budget accountability.
  • Ability to build lean, efficient marketing operations: attribution modelling, budget management, and systematic use of technology (including Hubspot and AI-assisted tooling) to drive efficiency.
  • Credible at Board and exec level: able to represent marketing as a commercial function, present performance data clearly, and influence cross-functional strategy discussions.
