Marketing and Business Director
Up to £120k + benefits | London Hybrid | Extensive benefits | 6 month contract
We are partnering with a prestigious and high-profile membership-led organisation undergoing a transformation programme during a period of growth. They are looking to appoint a senior leader, initially on a six-month contract, who will play a key role in shaping its commercial function, both brand and member engagement strategy with the development of marketing plans and strategy to support commercial growth.
This role will lead a sizeable team, so strong management ability, to lead and build high-performing teams is essential. The role has extensive benefits including enhanced pension, medical, 28 days holiday + BH, and a range of other perks.
Key Responsibilities
This role will initially lead a broad portfolio focused on commercial performance, membership growth, business development and organisational transformation. As the transformation progresses, the position will evolve into a dedicated Marketing Director role, with responsibility for marketing strategy, brand development, member acquisition and retention, customer experience, communications, digital engagement and proposition development.

Requirements
- Exceptional strategic leader with experience of driving growth, enhancing customer and member value, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Track record of delivering organisational change, building strong stakeholder relationships and developing compelling growth strategies within complex organisations.
- Experience from membership is not essential but extensive commercial and marketing experience is required.
