📍London (Hybrid 2xpw)
💰 £135,000 + Bonus + Perks
This is one of the most exciting Marketing Director opportunities in the consumer space today.
Our client is a globally recognised, category-leading brand with revenues approaching £1bn, operating in 100+ countries and delivering impressive profitable growth. The UK is one of its largest and most strategic markets, making this a genuinely high-impact leadership role.
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you'll lead a high-performing team, own an £8.5m marketing budget, and shape the UK & Ireland marketing strategy. Working closely with global leadership, you'll deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, drive commercial growth and create exceptional customer experiences. This is a broad leadership role spanning brand, retail marketing, PR, partnerships, ecommerce, CRM and customer acquisition. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋

Marketing Strategy
Develop and deliver the UK & Ireland marketing strategy, aligning local initiatives with global priorities and commercial objectives. -
Brand Campaigns & Media
Lead integrated campaigns across brand media, PR, influencers, partnerships and experiential marketing to build awareness and engagement.

Ecommerce & D2C
Oversee the UK ecommerce business, ensuring trading plans, promotions and customer experience deliver commercial growth. -
Retail & Commercial Marketing
Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches and retail marketing activity across key national retail partners. -
Performance & Customer Insight
Use customer insight and marketing performance data to optimise investment, maximise ROI and shape future strategy. -
CRM & Customer Growth
Support lifecycle marketing and CRM initiatives to improve customer retention, engagement and lifetime value. -
Leadership
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing marketing team while building strong relationships across UK and global stakeholders.

- Base Salary: up to £135k
- Bonus 10%
- Hybrid Working 2xpw London

Do you have the following to apply? ✅
- Marketing Leadership Experience – Proven success leading consumer marketing teams within a high-growth brand.
- Brand Building Expertise – Experience developing integrated campaigns that build awareness and drive commercial performance.
- Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of marketing investment, ROI and budget ownership.
- Digital & Ecommerce Experience – Comfortable overseeing D2C performance, ecommerce trading and customer experience.
- Performance Marketing Knowledge – Good understanding of acquisition, CRM and marketing performance metrics.
- Retail Marketing Experience – Experience working closely with retail partners and delivering trade marketing activity.
- Strategic Thinking – Able to translate customer insight and market trends into clear commercial strategies.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Comfortable influencing senior leaders and collaborating within a global organisation.
- People Leadership – Passionate about developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced environment.
