Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will oversee a dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting Dexters growth strategy, ensuring our experts are the top choice in every town we operate. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the property industry, a creative approach to brand management, and a passion for delivering the highest standards in everything we do.

Reports to: Marketing Board Director

Location: Clapham Junction

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (In office)

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 D.O.E

Key Responsibilities

  • A brand guardian, maintaining integrity across sales, lettings & support teams
  • Strong understanding of our brand guidelines, tone of voice & marketing suites
  • Ensure all marketing best practices are documented and adhered to
  • Ability to write content in line with business requirements and in our tone of voice for both print and digital use
  • Plan, brief and deliver both brand campaigns and localised office campaigns
  • Oversee acquisitions, office openings and relocations/expansions
  • Lead our digital strategy, including website design & functionality in line with UX
  • Strategic planning and analysis of how we interact with our clients and customers
  • Produce company stats, with commentary to support trends
  • Manage our direct marketing strategy and process
  • Oversee digital branding requirements; GIF’s, portal assets and digital displays
  • Quality control of all advertising and promotional output, both copy and imagery
  • Oversee signage requirements and best practices (boards, hoarding, vinyls, kiosk)
  • Contribute creative ideas for brand evolution and brand campaigns
  • Oversee the design, updates, evolution, and quality of departmental collateral
  • Manage supplier relationships, challenging service, cost or quality as required
  • Oversee the marketing team day to day, ensuring career development is on track

  • A passion for all areas of marketing, with drive to improve processes
  • Strong understanding of our brands and what sets them apart from one another
  • Experience in senior roles within property or related sector
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget
  • A good communicator, who is confident to constructively challenge processes
  • Experience leading, developing and growing a team
