For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

Australia & New Zealand Growth

As Jellycat continues its journey around the globe, an exciting new chapter is unfolding across Australia and New Zealand. These vibrant and creative markets represent an incredible opportunity to introduce even more people to our world of whimsy, softness and imagination. Building our presence in ANZ for the very first time means bringing together talented individuals who share our passion for creating joyful experiences and meaningful connections. As our community grows, we are looking for people who can help nurture our culture, champion our values and play a part in shaping the future of Jellycat in this special corner of the world.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Director ANZ to lead the growth of the Jellycat brand across Australia and New Zealand during an exciting phase of expansion. Reporting into the Country Manager ANZ, you will define and deliver the regional marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, consumer engagement and commercial success while ensuring alignment with Jellycat’s global vision and premium positioning. This is a highly influential role, working across marketing, sales, digital, product and customer experience functions to bring the Jellycat story to life for ANZ consumers. Initially, the role will lead through influence and cross-functional partnership, with responsibility for building a regional marketing team as the business continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
