Marketing Director – circa £115K plus 30% Bonus

LONDON – 4 days a week in office

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Director or a Head of Marketing who has proven team leadership looking to take the next step up! You could be sat client side where you have worked in the Publishing/Content Creator/Entertainment Industries both B2C and B2B ideally… Or could you be sitting agency side, where you want to own the story end to end – effectively building the market engine for the creator age.

You’ll be an ‘A-Type’ personality focused on building a next-generation media and investment platform focused on the people, ideas and communities shaping a happier, healthier humanity.

Our portfolio spans creator-led media brands, ventures and communities — bringing together storytelling, culture, technology and investment to build brands that people don’t just watch, but actively want to be part of.

This role will build the engine behind them.

THE MISSION

This is bigger than running campaigns.

You’ll define how attention is earned, captured and compounded across a portfolio of distinctive creator-led brands — and help answer one of the biggest questions in media today:

What does marketing look like in the creator age?

You’ll turn audience growth from an art into a system — without losing the creativity, instinct and cultural intelligence that makes great brands impossible to ignore.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD

  • Make virality repeatable Turn formats, share triggers and remixability into a system — not a lucky one-off.
  • Give every channel a job Build a portfolio-wide channel strategy spanning discovery, depth, capture and habit. Measure audience quality, not vanity metrics.
  • Make great content travel Create playbooks that move our stories credibly across platforms, streamers and third-party media.
  • Own the audience Turn attention into durable, owned relationships through email, community, membership and events.
  • Build smarter data loops Partner with BI to create first-party data systems that make every campaign smarter than the last.
  • Own culture and timing Build cultural calendars that allow brands to show up with relevance and intent — never simply react.
  • Turn merch into moments Shape a creator merchandise strategy where drops feel like cultural events, not interruptions.
  • Build a culture of testing Move fast. Test intelligently. Know what to scale, what to iterate and what to kill.
  • Build the team Lead a high-performance marketing function and set the standards across the portfolio.

YOU’LL BE GREAT AT THIS IF…

  • You build systems, not just channels.
  • You see virality as something that can be engineered.
  • You’re comfortable making hard calls about focus, sequencing and what not to do.
  • You understand the interest economy — how attention forms, spreads, converts and decays.
  • You know that different platforms require different strategies, not different versions of the same content calendar.
  • You love working with creators and understand that long-term brand equity matters more than short-term spikes.
  • You’re data-led, culturally sharp and allergic to guesswork.
  • And you want to operate in a high-standard, high-speed environment where ambition is the starting point.

THE IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • You’re a senior marketing leader who has scaled brands in media, entertainment, the creator economy or consumer platforms.
  • You’ve built owned-audience channels.
  • You’ve led distribution partnerships.
  • You’ve built and managed high-output, high-accountability marketing teams.
  • And you know how to do all of that across multiple brands at once.
  • Most importantly, you’re not looking for a role where you simply manage the machine.
