Marketing Director
A multi-billion-dollar global business is investing heavily in its high-growth technology portfolio, operating across some of the fastest-moving areas of the market, including data centres, semiconductors and microelectronics. With AI driving huge demand for computing infrastructure, the business is expanding its capabilities around cooling, water management and energy efficiency. This is an opportunity for a senior marketing leader to help shape how a highly technical business positions itself and accelerates growth across Europe.
About the Role
The Marketing Director will own the marketing strategy and go-to-market approach for this technology division, covering product marketing, positioning, value proposition, pricing and demand generation. Working closely with commercial, product and technical teams, the role will translate complex technologies into clear customer propositions and help integrate new capabilities into a stronger overall portfolio. Leading an international team, this is a strategic role but one that will remain close to execution and customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B marketing leader from a highly technical environment, ideally with exposure to data centres, semiconductors, microelectronics, IT infrastructure or adjacent advanced technology markets. Strong commercial instincts are essential, alongside experience developing go-to-market strategies, customer value propositions and positioning that have directly supported business growth. This will suit an entrepreneurial, agile leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, can navigate a complex matrix organisation and has the credibility to engage both technical customers and senior stakeholders.
