Company: Fast-growing 50-person HNW Advisory Firm
We are seeking an ambitious, high-autonomy Marketing Director to drive customer acquisition and elevate brand presence for a boutique, high-value advisory firm serving High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
As a primary marketing lead (supported by one Marketing Executive), you will own the entire end-to-end funnel—from big-picture growth frameworks to hands-on execution across campaigns, high-touch events, content, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition Strategy & Demand Generation: Formulate multi-channel growth campaigns targeting HNWIs, business owners, and family offices.
- Events & Webinars: Plan and host high-touch private client roundtables, exclusive events, and educational webinars.
- Thought Leadership & Digital: Scale authority across LinkedIn and YouTube; manage CRM, email workflows, and client retention strategies.
- Growth Programs & Ecosystem: Lead strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing, and loyalty programs to broaden reach and increase client lifetime value.
- Brand & Agency Oversight: Maintain strict brand consistency while managing external PR, SEO, and creative agencies.
- AI-Driven Execution: Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, segmentation, and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Industry Background: Proven marketing leadership in Private Wealth, Professional Services, Luxury/B2C High-End Brands, or Premium Travel.
- HNWI Expertise: Deep understanding of affluent audiences, trust-building, discretion, and relationship-driven marketing.
- Full-Stack & Hands-On: Comfortable toggling between high-level strategy and direct execution (copywriting, assets, campaign setups).
- Entrepreneurial & Tech-Savvy: Thrives in a lean environment with full autonomy; AI-native in scaling personal output.
