We are seeking an ambitious, high-autonomy Marketing Director to lead customer acquisition and brand presence for a growing financial advisory firm.

This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role built for a commercially minded growth strategist who thrives on end-to-end execution. Operating as a primary marketing lead, you will own the end-to-end funnel—defining high-level strategy and directly executing campaigns designed to engage and convert High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

If you excel at positioning premium financial services, developing direct-to-client trust, this role offers significant commercial impact and full creative ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • HNWI Acquisition Strategy: Formulate and execute multi-channel growth campaigns tailored to high-net-worth clients, business owners, and family offices.
  • Events; Webinars: Plan, manage, and host high-touch private events, client roundtables, and educational webinars designed for private wealth clients.
  • Digital; Thought Leadership: Own channel growth across LinkedIn and YouTube, creating high-authority content that positions our leadership team as trusted wealth advisors.
  • CRM: Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows to nurture prospects, drive client retention, and optimize lead conversion.
  • Performance: Oversee targeted Paid Media and SEO initiatives focused on driving qualified, high-intent private wealth inquiries.
  • AI Integration: Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate market research, content adaptation, audience segmentation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Management: Manage external agencies and a small team of 3 to 4.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
