Marketing Director – International Luxury Wellness Brand
London | Hybrid
£80,000 - £100,000
CAN YOU OPEN THE RIGHT DOORS IN LONDON’S LUXURY WELLNESS MARKET?
Are you a senior marketing leader with a strong network across luxury, wellness, hospitality, health, fashion, culture or lifestyle?
My client is an international luxury wellness brand looking for a Marketing Director to take ownership of its UK marketing strategy, with a particular focus on London.
This is a highly visible role for a commercially minded marketer who can take a growing international brand and make it truly relevant within the London market.
A key part of the role will be building and leveraging a strong network of influential contacts, partners and organisations to raise the profile of the brand, its discreet wellness services and its exceptional locations — including opportunities to host private events, dinners, partnerships and experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Own and develop the UK marketing strategy, translating global brand positioning into a compelling London proposition
- Build a strong network of strategic partners, influencers, businesses and key contacts across relevant luxury sectors
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness, engagement and ultimately revenue
- Raise the profile of the brand and its discreet wellness services within the luxury consumer market
- Develop opportunities to leverage the brand's unique locations for events, dinners, private experiences and partnerships
- Audit, manage and maximise a healthy marketing budget, ensuring investment is aligned with brand and commercial objectives
- Develop marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, client acquisition, loyalty and growth
- Work closely with a global team to ensure the UK market remains aligned with the wider brand while having a distinct local presence
- Measure the commercial impact of marketing activity and continually identify new opportunities for growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You should apply if...
-
You are a connector as much as a marketer.
-
You know how to open doors, create meaningful relationships and turn those relationships into commercially valuable opportunities.
-
You understand that in luxury, who you know, how you position a brand and the experiences you create can be just as important as the marketing channels you use.
If you have the network, commercial instinct and marketing leadership experience to build something special in London, we'd love to hear from you.
