At The KSL Clinic we really do change people’s lives. As an award-winning, leading destination for hair transplants and with over 10 years’ experience, we deliver outstanding results through our highly trained medical professionals.

We have grown rapidly but want a Marketing Director to join our Senior Leadership Team to help take the business to the next level. We are private equity backed and have ambitious plans that will lead to a future business transaction.
This newly created role will take the lead in developing and implementing an integrated, customer-focused marketing and digital blueprint, and building an effective brand strategy across the KSL group of clinics.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in a rapidly expanding D2C business
- Customer-centric approach
- Experience in driving brand awareness
- A demonstrable track record of managing agencies and holding them to account for their activities
- High levels of drive, energy, pace, and resourcefulness, with an eye for detail, spotting trends, and reacting effectively to changes in the market
- Strong experience of consumer journeys and market drivers in discretionary spend where the LTV often consists of one-time, high value, purchase with minimum returning income
- Numerical and analytical skills. A data-driven decision-maker capable of identifying trends and patterns
- Strong business acumen and sound commercial judgement
- Ability to prioritise and focus, delivering key projects efficiently
- Capable of leading a small but high-performing team through clear communication, goal setting, leading by example, training, and personal development
- Willingness to roll up sleeves, both to understand the details and share the burden with the team to get key projects across the line
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the senior leadership team

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and lead the marketing function providing direction and guidance to the team as well as identifying revenue opportunities through consistent sales funnel growth, ensuring a solid lead generation pipeline is achieved through an omni-channel approach
- Accountable for the digital strategy; developing website propositions / digital presence (across all relevant channels) and online customer experience to increase digital awareness, social engagement and direct conversion to sales
- Lead on our PR strategy including idea generation and execution of topical, disruptive, and reactive PR and also management of influencer outreach and activity
- Overseeing paid search, affiliate, and social media marketing to meet agreed CPA and ROAS targets
- Reviewing and evaluating potential additional customer acquisition channels
- Working with the CEO to develop and refine D2C commerce strategy and brand elevation

Basic salary of £75,000 with bonus for equivalent six figure package
Exposure to a PE backed environment and opportunity to operate within a SLT that will take the business through a deal transaction and beyond
