GrubWorks specializes in connecting brands with food lovers at scale through digital content and influencer-led campaigns. Team members collaborate closely with creators and brands to craft impactful, measurable marketing initiatives in the food and beverage space.

Role Description

The Marketing Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bournemouth, with flexibility for some work from home. This role leads the overall marketing strategy for GrubWorks, overseeing brand positioning, campaign development, and performance across digital and social channels. The Marketing Director will analyze market data, monitor campaign outcomes, optimize performance, and guide a small team or external partners to deliver high-impact marketing programs. This role also collaborates with sales and leadership to support new business pitches and long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Marketing and Marketing Management to lead strategy, execution, and brand development.
  • Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to design data-informed campaigns and identify audience insights.
  • Knowledge of Sales and collaboration with commercial teams to support revenue growth and client relationships.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing, ideally within food, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to clients and senior leaders.
  • Experience mentoring or leading a marketing team or cross-functional contributors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
