To help us get there we need an outstanding and inspiring Marketing Director to accelerate and lead the growth of our Wellbeing strategy (Where to Play and How to Win) for our business, inspiring the Marketing team and our wider business with bold Innovation, Connections, Portfolio and Value Driver plans.
This is a critical role at the heart of our strategy, so you’ll inspire us with exciting connected and consumer led plans to empower consumers to get the most out of life and enable Twinings to make wellbeing accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities
- To double the size of the business and transform the brand into a leading wellbeing drinks brand.
- Lead the Where to Play thinking that will inform our growth spaces.
- Lead the design and aim high delivery of our How to Win strategies and plans in Connections, Innovation and Brand & Portfolio.
- Inspire, lead and coach a powerful Marketing team who are curious, consumer centric, connected and collaborative
- Being highly collaborative yourself, you’ll share plans early with Group and UK & I teams to strengthen thinking.
- You will look outside in consumer and marketing to inspire us, our thinking and our plans.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- You are an exceptional innovation expert with a passion for innovation/NPD and renovation
- You are an experienced connections leader always learning and inspiring agencies and team.
- You have a passion for the consumer and are curious and creative in insight.
- You are highly analytical with excellent commercial thinking and get a buzz from transformation and journeys.
- You are highly agile, with the ability to run between strategy and plans.
