Marketing Director - UK and Emerging Markets
We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy across the UK and Emerging Markets region. This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketer who thrives in an international environment, combining brand building, demand generation, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
Working as part of a focused and highly collaborative marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering integrated marketing strategies that strengthen market positioning, drive customer engagement, and support ambitious commercial growth objectives.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be comfortable moving seamlessly between developing strategy, partnering with regional and global stakeholders, managing agency relationships, and actively driving key marketing initiatives from concept through to delivery.
Success in this role requires a commercially minded, proactive and resourceful marketer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, influencing across functions, and turning strategy into measurable business results across diverse international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across the UK and Emerging Markets, aligning local priorities with global business objectives.
- Drive integrated B2B and B2C marketing programmes across digital, CRM, content, PR, events, partnerships and brand channels.
- Own the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum impact, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Commercial and global marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver shared objectives.
- Build and manage strong relationships with agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery, accountability and return on investment.
- Use customer insight, campaign performance data and market intelligence to optimise marketing effectiveness and support business growth.
- Champion brand positioning and consistency across all markets, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, balancing investment, performance and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regional and global teams, providing clear visibility of strategy, performance and future opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, emerging marketing technologies and best practice adoption.

About You
You are a strategic marketing leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of delivering results in complex, international environments.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally leading regional or multi-market marketing functions.
- Experience working within a global organisation and collaborating across international, cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in both traditional and digital marketing disciplines.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into commercial outcomes.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with global teams, agencies, partners, and local market stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and commercial orientation.
- Experience developing marketing strategies that support growth and enhance brand positioning.
- Ability to work independently while driving execution and delivering measurable results.
- Global mindset with an appreciation of cultural nuances across different markets.

Preferred
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
