Marketing Director, EMEA

Their platform covers training, policy management and program analytics, and their customers include household-name brands in financial services, pharma, tech and manufacturing. Revenue is over $100M and the business is growing rapidly.

They're hiring a dedicated marketing lead for Europe and the Middle East. You'll be responsible for new business pipeline and for growth in existing accounts, with a significant focus on the UK, France and Germany. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Marketing.

This is a hands-on player-coach role. You'll set the regional strategy and also build the campaigns yourself.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role

  • Plan and run inbound, outbound and ABM programs across the region
  • Work with the EMEA sales, customer success and BDR teams on targets and account plans
  • Run regional events, from planning through to follow-up and reporting
  • Adapt campaigns and web content for each market and language
  • Report on pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length, and change course when the numbers say so
  • Co-manage the regional budget

Why this role is worth a look

  • Regulation is creating demand. The EU Whistleblowing Directive, supply chain due diligence laws and new rules on AI and data are all pushing companies to invest in compliance programs. Buyers already have budget and urgency.
  • You'll have a strong brand behind you. Leading global companies already know and use the product, so campaigns start from credibility rather than from zero.
  • The product has a strong purpose. Employees get clear guidance on speaking up and doing the right thing. Their employers catch problems sooner, cut regulatory risk and protect their reputation.
