What You Will Do

  • Shape and deliver the marketing strategy to increase qualified sales opportunities across the training and solutions market.
  • Drive growth within existing client accounts through targeted, insight-led campaigns and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Lead market segmentation, client listening programmes, and competitor analysis to inform positioning and go-to-market decisions.
  • Own the campaign calendar, including Quanta-hosted webinars, customer events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities that generate pipeline.
  • Measure and report on marketing ROI, improving conversion rates through continual optimisation of the inbound enquiry process.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, aligning marketing operations with sales objectives and longer-term business goals.
