ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a data-driven strategist ready to shape the future of our marketing performance?

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join us. You will act as the commercial co-pilot for the department, transforming raw metrics into a high-impact strategic advantage and ensuring every pound invested delivers maximum return with uncompromising data integrity.

Moving beyond traditional reporting, you will interrogate our data ecosystems to uncover emerging trends, spot acquisition and retention opportunities, and diagnose underperformance in real time. Bridging the gap between complex analytics and live trading reality, you will deliver the proactive insights and recommendations needed to pivot, scale, and optimise our campaigns to drive business-critical success.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Expected salary - £47,000.00 - £73,500.00

We are looking for candidates up to £60K, depending on experience

Contract type - This position is a Permanent

Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home-based upon your personal needs, whilst balancing the needs of the business. We typically aim for around three days a week in the office to allow for collaboration and attendance of key meetings.

Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico.

Please note this role has a 2-stage interview process.

Key responsibilities

  • Data Integrity & Governance: Serve as the lead custodian for marketing data quality. Maintain end-to-end data integrity across tracking, tagging, and reporting platforms while proactively addressing anomalies.
  • Target Setting & Performance Measurement: Partner with the Customer Planning & Performance Manager to establish and track Customer and Marketing plan metrics. Oversee regular weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Brand Campaigns and Category Marketing teams, translating raw data into clear strategic frameworks that align activity with core business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Modelling: Work alongside Commercial, Customer, and Data Insight & Analytics teams to ensure key performance indicators are accurately modelled, unified, and free of data silos.
  • Trend Identification & Actionable Insights: Analyse datasets continuously to detect emerging trends and shifts in consumer behaviour, turning complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Agile Activity Optimisation: Provide data-driven guidance on budget reallocations across weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cycles, advising marketing teams on where to scale, pivot, or stop campaigns to optimise acquisition and retention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
