Role Description

The Marketing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role combines analytical thinking with marketing execution, translating data insights and AI-driven capabilities into effective campaigns and growth initiatives.

The Marketing Engineer collaborates with sales, creative, technical and consultancy teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client objectives. The role also involves:

  • Creating clear documentation
  • Presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of marketing processes and tools

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience in market research, including customer insights, segmentation and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background in marketing, including campaign planning, performance tracking and digital channel optimization.
  • Sales awareness or experience collaborating with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or data-driven marketing tools, analytics platforms and CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, data science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a tech, AI, or digital agency environment is an advantage.
