Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & PR, this position is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a broad range of marketing campaigns, experiential activations, media events, vehicle launches, retail activities and corporate events that strengthen brand awareness, support commercial objectives and elevate Zeekr's premium positioning.
Role Description
The Marketing & Event Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering impactful marketing initiatives and exceptional brand experiences across the UK market. Reporting to the PR Manager, this position is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a broad range of marketing campaigns, experiential activations, media events, vehicle launches, retail activities and corporate events that strengthen brand awareness, support commercial objectives and elevate Zeekr's premium positioning. This role will act as a single point of contact for dealer marketing team asset and campaign approval process as well monitoring and reporting on dealer marketing performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, retailers, media and external suppliers to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated marketing and event programmes that generate engagement, drive consideration and support customer acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Management: Support integrated UK marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, including CRM, audience segmentation, lifecycle journeys and campaign optimisation.
- Event Planning & Delivery: Lead the planning and delivery of UK marketing events, managing logistics, suppliers, agencies, budgets and stakeholder coordination.
- Brand Experience & Activation: Develop engaging brand activations, partnerships and sponsorships that strengthen customer engagement and reinforce the premium EV brand positioning.
- Content & Communication Support: Coordinate event content, marketing assets and locally developed materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and UK market requirements.
- Budget Management & Reporting: Manage marketing and event budgets, monitor ROI and produce performance reports with insights to improve future activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, PR, Brand, Sales, Retail, Customer Experience and European teams to deliver aligned UK marketing initiatives.
Education, Skills and Personal Characteristics Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, events, brand activation or communications, preferably within the automotive, premium retail, technology or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrable experience managing and delivering complex events and experiential marketing programmes.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing effectiveness.
