Launched in 2025, Lighthouse Social is a contemporary private members club located along Fulham riverside. With community at its heart, the club's panoramic views of South West London are met with chic, eclectic interiors designed for the modern Londoner’s every need. The Club provides a welcoming and vibrant neighbourhood space where connections are made, ideas flourish and experiences are shared.

Key Responsibilities

Programming Strategy & Club Utilisation

  • Develop and deliver the monthly member events programme within the strategy, priorities and budget set by the Head of Marketing & Events.
  • Build a programme that reflects Lighthouse Social’s distinct positioning and revised club strategy, using programming as a tool to drive engagement, retention, community and frequency of club use rather than events in isolation.
  • Use programming deliberately across the club’s different spaces, days and dayparts to support utilisation and create relevant reasons for members to visit.
  • Research and propose talent, collaborators, formats and concepts aligned with member interests, cultural relevance and the club’s commercial objectives.
  • Use attendance, booking behaviour, member feedback and operational insight to shape future programming and identify gaps or opportunities.
  • Work with Membership to develop member-led communities, events and collaborations where appropriate.

Event Development & Delivery

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of approved events from concept through to completion, including talent/supplier coordination, booking requirements, briefs, run sheets, guest lists, capacities and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate room layouts, AV, F&B, supplier access, talent requirements and other operational needs with sufficient lead time.
  • Monitor bookings, attendance and cancellations and identify events requiring additional promotional support or operational intervention.
  • Attend and host events where required, ensuring a seamless and consistently high-quality member experience.
  • Complete post-event reviews covering attendance, feedback, cost, revenue where applicable, performance against objectives and key learnings.

Commercial, Cost & Revenue Management

  • Manage individual events and campaign activity within agreed budgets and approval parameters, obtaining competitive supplier and talent quotes where appropriate.
  • Assess programming not only on attendance and member satisfaction but also on cost efficiency, club utilisation and wider commercial value.
  • Identify appropriate opportunities for programming to generate or support revenue, including ticketed events, F&B spend, premium experiences, partner support or other agreed commercial mechanics without compromising the member proposition.
  • Support budget forecasting and reporting and make recommendations to improve value, efficiency and return on investment.

Partnership Activations

  • Act as the day-to-day activation lead for confirmed cultural, hospitality, brand and commercial partnerships, working within the strategic and commercial direction set by the Head of Marketing & Events.
  • Translate agreed partnership rights and concepts into clear activation plans covering programming, logistics, product, assets, communications, content capture, hosting and internal responsibilities.
  • Build partner activations into the wider programming calendar so they add genuine member value and support the club experience rather than operating as standalone sponsorship activity.
  • Support post-activation reporting covering attendance, engagement, content, deliverables and commercial/member value, escalating contractual or relationship matters as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Support agreed Sæl Spa programming, campaigns, events and member engagement activity as part of the shared Marketing & Events function.

  • Work closely with Membership, F&B, Operations, Private Events, Partnerships, Sæl Spa and external agencies and suppliers.
  • Ensure briefs and operational requirements are distributed with sufficient lead time and proactively follow up dependencies and outstanding actions.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting with clear insight on programme performance, utilisation, engagement, costs, revenue and learning.
