About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our brand’s physical and digital presence.
Reporting directly to both our Founder and Marketing Executive, you will play a hands-on role across event logistics, digital channels, brand storytelling, and creator outreach. We are looking for someone who loves getting involved across the board - someone with their finger on the pulse of hospitality trends, who tracks what’s hot in creator culture, and who brings fresh ideas to the table for pop-ups, brand partnerships, and event concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Enquiries & Representation: Primary contact for event enquiries; represent the brand externally alongside the Marketing Exec.
- Events & Logistics: Support end-to-end planning, supplier sourcing, run-of-shows, and post-event reporting as Ops liaison.
- Influencer & Media Outreach: Research and build relationships with creators and media; draft pitches, press releases, and media kits.
- Website & E-Commerce Admin: Maintain store content, product catalogues, and stock info; act as the main liaison with web developers for site issues.
- Brand Journal & SEO: Write engaging journal articles in our brand voice, incorporating SEO best practices to drive traffic.
- LinkedIn & Community: Create, schedule, and publish organic LinkedIn content.
- Marketing Admin Support: Assist the Marketing Exec and Founder with shared inboxes, project trackers, and daily executional tasks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
