Looking for a marketing role where no two days are the same? Want to build your skills across campaigns, events, content, digital marketing and communications while contributing to something genuinely meaningful?

At Agincare, we're passionate about helping people live independently and well. As our Marketing & Events Coordinator, you'll play an important role in promoting our services, supporting occupancy growth across our care homes, enhancing our brand, and helping more people discover the care and support they need.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative and proactive individual looking to develop their marketing career within a growing national organisation. You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines while working alongside a supportive and experienced team based at our stunning Head Office overlooking Portland Harbour.

How You'll Make An Impact

As part of the marketing team, you'll help bring our campaigns, events and communications to life by:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries and occupancy
  • Coordinating internal and external events, from logistics and suppliers through to attendee communications and event materials
  • Creating and supporting engaging content across digital, social media, website and print channels
  • Managing marketing administration, campaign schedules, assets and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly
  • Working closely with care homes and services across the business to support local marketing initiatives and community engagement
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, organisation and the effectiveness of marketing activity

What You'll Bring

You don't need extensive marketing experience to be successful in this role. What matters most is your enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Creative, curious and genuinely interested in marketing and communications
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with a variety of people
  • Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Eager to learn, develop and build a successful marketing career

It would be great if you also have experience in:

  • Marketing campaigns or promotional activity
  • Event planning or coordination
  • Social media platforms and content scheduling
  • Website content management systems
  • Canva or similar design tools
  • Project, supplier or stakeholder coordination
