About Zymix

Zymix is the definitive lifestyle ecosystem for the digital generation—bridging the gap between social connection and real-world experience. Transcending the "Super App" model, Zymix fuses hyper-social interaction with a seamless service layer, empowering global youth to integrate a wide range of services beyond social networking, discover AI-curated experiences, and unlock essential services in one fluid motion. We are redefining the platform economy by prioritising authenticity, community, and friction-free living.

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing and Events Intern to support campaigns, campus activity and events that connect with young audiences across the UK. You’ll help turn team briefs into engaging content and well-organised experiences, working closely with the marketing and events team on day-to-day delivery. This role suits someone early in their career who brings practical experience, strong cultural awareness, and enthusiasm for getting involved.

Key responsibilities…

Campus Culture & Audience Insights

  • Keep track of UK student culture, campus calendars, youth trends, and competitor activity, sharing useful ideas with the team.
  • Help gather student feedback through surveys, conversations, and event observations, summarising what resonates with different campus communities.
  • Research students’ unions, societies, and campus opportunities to help the team shape relevant campaigns and activations.

Event Planning & On-site Support

  • Assist with planning campus pop-ups, freshers’ activity, student events, and brand activations, preparing checklists, schedules, and event materials.
  • Support venue and supplier coordination, invitations, registrations, merchandise, and equipment logistics, following agreed plans and budgets.
  • Provide hands-on support at events, including set-up, attendee welcome, ambassador briefings, content capture, and pack-down.
  • Help coordinate student societies and campus ambassadors, maintain attendance records, and collect feedback for post-event summaries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
