About you
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Marketing & Events Manager to help bring HiBob to life across UKI and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). You will own our Tier 1 event delivery in UKI and Tier 2 events across CEE, primarily Poland, creating standout experiences for prospects and customers while ensuring every event is connected to clear audience, pipeline and business outcomes. You will be comfortable balancing creative event delivery with the detail of project management, stakeholder alignment and performance reporting.

- Build event plans with clear objectives, audience strategy, budgets, timelines, success measures and follow-up requirements.
- Partner with Regional Marketing, Sales and BDR teams to drive audience acquisition from priority accounts and target audiences.
- Manage venues, vendors, production, contracts, logistics, event assets and on-site delivery to create a high-quality HiBob experience.
- Coordinate Sales/BDR briefings and post-event follow-up, ensuring event engagement is converted into measurable pipeline opportunities.
- Draft event copy and landing-page content, and work with Product Marketing, Brand and speakers to ensure content and presentations are relevant and on brand.
- Track registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline, conversion and ROI; share clear post-event insights and recommendations.
- Research and recommend new events, formats and vendors, particularly across CEE, and continuously improve event processes and playbooks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
