Purpose:
The Marketing & Events Officer facilitates the delivery of global retail/brand marketing initiatives, seasonal campaign, events, partnerships and special projects. Supporting the Senior Marketing & Events Manager, the role is responsible for coordinating projects and BAU tasks from planning through to execution, ensuring alignment across internal teams and global markets to deliver an impactful 360° brand experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the execution and delivery of global marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, launches and special projects in line with brand strategy and objectives. Ensuring consistency across channels and adherence to global campaign timelines.
- Develop creative marketing concepts and identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and retention.
- Maintain the global marketing calendar, ensuring all key milestones are accurately mapped and communicated to relevant parties.
- Provide end-to-end project coordination including monitoring timelines, organising meetings, documentation, status presentations and progress tracking.
- Create engaging presentations and copy, to support project delivery and communication.
- Produce post-event and project recap reports, evaluating performance and identifying learnings/opportunities for future activity.
- Alongside Manager, act as a key point of contact for internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external partners, ensuring clear communications and timely follow-ups, to facilitate streamlined integrated campaign delivery.
- Provide on-site support for events and activations, with a proactive approach to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate retail marketing initiatives, including in-store launches, visual merchandising concepts and execution, customer experience assets and campaign implementation.
- Ensure all marketing materials, events and activations follow brand guidelines and maintain the highest standards. Coordinating relevant approvals to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Design and produce all brand marketing collateral, print materials and event assets (including lookbooks, invitations etc)
- Monitor the development and production of branded gifting – collating orders, deliveries and invoicing in accordance with finance procedures.
- Develop and distribute brand guidelines, toolkits and campaign assets to support global and local market execution. Manage marketing asset libraries, ensuring all teams have access to latest materials.
- Collect and manage feedback, requests and reports from global teams, sharing insights with Head Office team.
- Ensure all project administration, including internal trackers, legal contracts, budgets and documentation is in-place, accurate and well organised.
- Track departmental budgets and process invoices, maintaining accuracy.
- Provide operational and logistical support across all marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and brand standards are consistently met.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Support the delivery of marketing initiatives in line with the House’s responsibility commitments and policies.

Skills and Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, brand or project coordination role, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and copywriting abilities.
- A balance of a creative and operational approach, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Confident in managing workload, ability to move between tasks of varying complexities to meet deadlines and deliver at pace.
- Proactive, solution-focused, hands-on approach, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Relationship building skills, liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear written and visual briefing and ideation skills, translating Brand DNA to all marketing projects.
- Cultural and commercial awareness, with a genuine passion for the luxury industry, and interest in market trends.
- Preference for experience working across international and multi-market environments.
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Powerpoint and Excel; proficient working knowledge of Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
- Additional languages (Italian/French) advantageous though not essential.
