Role Overview
As a Marketing Executive in our UKI Marketing team, you’ll help bring customer campaigns to life, from receiving the initial brief through to publication, reporting and completion. Reporting to one of our Marketing Managers, you’ll work directly with customers and colleagues across Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Customer Success and Events. You’ll gain hands-on experience across digital campaigns, content, customer marketing and performance reporting, while taking responsibility for delivering accurate, timely work.
What you need to know
Your work will help construction product manufacturers reach the audiences that matter to them and understand how their campaigns are performing. You’ll turn customer briefs into activity across email, social media, web content, advertising and webinars. You’ll also help improve how campaigns are planned, delivered and measured, creating a better experience for customers and colleagues.
What you will be doing
- Bring customer campaigns to life, from content collection through to publication, reporting and completion.
- Work with customers and Account Managers to shape campaign requirements, deadlines, approvals and delivery schedules.
- Review and edit content against agreed briefs, brand standards and channel requirements.
- Build, publish and schedule content using Sitecore, HubSpot, newsletters, social media and Chorus advertising.
- Keep campaign schedules, placements, deadlines and project information clear and up to date in Monday.com.
- Monitor performance and report on engagement, lead generation and return on investment.
- Support Marketing Managers with integrated campaigns across a range of digital channels.
- Work with the Events team to develop webinar themes and support webinar delivery.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams on marketing-service pricing, media packs and promotional materials.
- Respond to customer and Account Manager enquiries throughout campaign delivery.
- Suggest practical improvements to campaign processes, workflows and reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for
You may already be working as a Marketing Executive, Campaign Coordinator or Customer Marketing Coordinator and be ready to take greater ownership of campaign delivery. You’ll bring:
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns or coordinating customer marketing activity.
- Strong written communication and content-editing skills.
- The ability to manage several campaigns, priorities and deadlines at the same time.
- Confidence communicating directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience using content-management, CRM or marketing-automation platforms.
- An understanding of digital channels including email, social media, web content and online advertising.
- The ability to interpret campaign results and turn performance data into useful insight.
- A practical and collaborative approach to working across different teams.
- Experience with Sitecore, HubSpot or Monday.com would be helpful, but you do not need to have used every platform. What matters is your ability to learn new systems and use them confidently.
Growth and ownership
You’ll take ownership of campaigns from initial brief through to completion, with support and direction from an experienced Marketing Manager. The variety of the role will help you build a broad marketing skillset across content, digital channels, customer communication and campaign reporting. As your experience grows, you’ll have opportunities to take on more complex campaigns, contribute ideas and help improve how the team works. This will provide a strong foundation for future development into broader or more specialist marketing roles.
