Falx Group is looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take true ownership of a B2B marketing function, build a brand presence from the ground up, and progress into senior marketing or strategic leadership roles. We invest heavily in training, certification, and ongoing development for every team member.
About the Role
You will act as the driving force behind the Falx Group brand, taking charge of our marketing strategy, digital presence, and outreach efforts. Your focus will be on amplifying our voice within the technical consultancy and cyber security spaces, engaging our target audience of fintechs and global enterprises. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and serves as a fantastic development pathway into senior marketing leadership.
What You Will Do
- Set and own the marketing strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with our business goals.
- Manage our LinkedIn presence: Own the company LinkedIn page, creating compelling daily activity, posts, and thought leadership content to grow our audience.
- Drive brand and outreach: Champion the Falx brand across all channels, leading proactive marketing and outreach initiatives to generate brand awareness.
- Execute marketing campaigns: Design, manage, and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Manage website content: Take full ownership of the Falx website content, ensuring it stays fresh, relevant, and reflective of our deep technical and security expertise.
- Coordinate events: Plan, manage, and coordinate Falx’s presence at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

What You'll Bring
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or brand management role (B2B experience, particularly in tech or professional services, is a strong bonus).
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with a proven ability to write engaging copy for social media and websites.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach - you are as comfortable setting the strategy as you are writing a LinkedIn post.
- Strong organisational skills, particularly in running campaigns and coordinating events.
- A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously to drive projects forward.
