About the Role
As a Marketing Executive at the Møller Institute, you will play an important role in delivering our marketing strategy and raising the profile of the Institute to a global audience.
This is a particularly exciting time to join the Institute, as we prepare to introduce a new brand that will shape the next chapter of our organisation. You will play a central role in bringing this brand to life, supporting the Head of Marketing in its rollout and taking day-to-day responsibility for its consistent application across the organisation.
Working as part of a small and collaborative marketing team, you will have a varied role with a particular focus on brand management and creative delivery. Alongside developing high-quality digital and print marketing materials, you will contribute to a range of activities including video content creation, digital campaigns and website development. You will work closely with colleagues across the Institute and external creative agencies to ensure our brand is consistently and effectively represented across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, working in our Cambridge based office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for a variety of activities, with a particular focus on brand management and creative delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Brand Management: Act as a key brand champion across the organisation, supporting the Head of Marketing in the rollout of our new brand and taking day-to-day responsibility for its consistent application across platforms, communications and materials. Help protect and enhance our premium market position through high-quality and consistent brand execution.
- Design: Create engaging and high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, digital advertising, programme materials, presentations and on-site collateral.
- Video Content Creation: Plan, record and edit engaging video content for use across multiple marketing channels, ensuring all content reflects the brand and supports wider marketing objectives.
- Agency Collaboration: Manage day-to-day relationships with our external creative, video and photography agencies, briefing projects, coordinating activity and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
- Client Development Support: Work closely with the Client Development team to create and develop high-quality tenders, proposals, presentations and other sales materials.
- Programme Materials: Work collaboratively with the Programme Design & Delivery team to create and develop engaging programme materials, including workbooks, presentations and other supporting resources, ensuring they are professionally designed and aligned with the Møller Institute brand.
- Competitor Research: Undertake competitor and market research to identify opportunities, inform marketing activity and support the development of our programmes and services.
- Website Development & SEO: Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Møller Institute website, ensuring content and design remain consistent with the brand, while contributing to SEO improvements and an effective user journey.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and driven marketing professional who takes pride in producing high-quality work and has a keen eye for detail. You will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects, with the confidence to take responsibility for day-to-day brand implementation and work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their marketing career, develop their creative skills and gain experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail, with experience producing high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, alongside Canva.
- At least 18 months' experience in a similar marketing or design-focused role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience of recording and editing video content, ideally using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- A good understanding of SEO principles and website management.
- Experience working with external creative, video or photography agencies.
- Previous marketing experience within the executive education, education or professional services sectors.
