The Marketing Executive, Asia Pacific is a core member of the APAC marketing team, responsible for the hands-on execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns, digital activities, partner communications, and events across the region. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role blends campaign execution and digital delivery, ideal for a marketer who is comfortable writing trade communications, delivering multi-channel digital content, and supporting trade events.
The role takes full ownership of assigned projects and accountability for accurate, on-brand, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Campaign Execution & Multi-Channel Marketing
- Execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, loyalty programme, and point-of-sale platforms.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with commercial objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content preparation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms to support and accelerate content creation, drafting, and channel adaptation.
- Track and report on campaign performance including email engagement, social media performance, web traffic, and content outcomes.
Content Development & Brand Communications
- Develop and manage marketing content across newsletters, website, sales kits, presentation decks, brochures, and promotional materials for internal and external audiences.
- Prepare branded marketing proposals, sales presentations, and support documents tailored for B2B clients and partners.
- Ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and consistent with WebBeds' global brand guidelines.
- Coordinate content planning, asset collection, approvals, and design timelines across digital and print formats.
- Maintain structured content calendars, trackers, and reporting documents to ensure full visibility across all projects.
- Contribute data and insights to content marketing performance reports.
Digital Marketing & Web
- Manage and update website content using WordPress CMS, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and a strong user experience at all times.
- Build and publish campaign landing pages and web content, working to best-practice standards for design layout and usability.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across relevant B2B platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others), aligned with campaign calendars and brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media performance and community engagement, flagging trends and opportunities to the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Support the design and production of digital marketing assets including social graphics, email banners, and presentation visuals using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist with email HTML builds and ensure campaigns are mobile responsive and render correctly across clients.

Partner & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate co-marketing activities with hotel partners, tourism boards, and key regional B2B clients, ensuring partner brand guidelines are accurately represented.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across sales, sourcing, commercial development, commercial strategy, IT, and regional teams to maintain campaign calendars and track deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day communication with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of assets.
Events & Industry Participation
- Coordinate marketing support for trade shows, events, roadshows, webinars, and partner activations within the region.
- Manage event-related marketing deliverables including invitations, promotional materials, onsite branding, and post-event communications.
- Represent the marketing function at partner and industry events where appropriate.
- Assist with the setup and execution of webinars, virtual events, and partner-facing activations.
Commercial & Operational Support
- Support administration of loyalty program initiatives including acquisition, engagement, and retention activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing assets inventory and placement requests.
Key Measures
- Consistent, quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery of campaigns, content, design, and marketing materials, with minimal rework.
- Email campaign performance: open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
- Reliable coordination support across marketing activities.
- Brand alignment across all partner and regional marketing activations.
- Growing ownership of workstreams as familiarity with the region and stakeholders develop.
The skills we would love to see in your suitcase
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, travel, or hospitality environment.
- Hands-on experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and content channels.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across APAC markets.
- Experience working with hotel partners, tourism boards, or B2B clients is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with APAC markets is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of WordPress CMS for content updates and basic page management.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Taguchi, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
- Comfortable managing B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, etc.).
- Confident using AI tools to support content creation, drafting, and campaign planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with data and marketing analytics to track and report on performance.
- Ability to interpret and consistently apply brand guidelines across diverse formats.
