Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Marketing Executive you’re not just supporting the hotel to deliver the overall marketing strategy – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting marketing strategy: Work closely with the Commercial Director to implement and deliver the overall marketing strategy
  • Driving digital performance: Manage multichannel online marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, website content, social media, and PR activity
  • Enhancing online presence: Ensure the hotel is accurately represented across all relevant websites, including OTAs and key digital platforms
  • Social media content creation: Produce quality photography and video content from concept to final edit, showcasing the hotel’s rooms, food and beverage outlets, meetings and events, and guest experiences for use across multiple digital marketing channels.
  • Supporting F&B marketing initiatives: Maintain marketing databases and drive initiatives for Food & Drink outlets in collaboration with Hotel team and in line with Regional guidelines
  • Delivering offline marketing: Design and oversee the creation and production of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and promotional collateral
  • Enabling commercial success: Develop creative tools and marketing support for key revenue-driving areas, including events, weddings, and F&B.
  • Managing communications: Maintain strong internal communication and liaise with Head Office to identify and promote opportunities. Liaising with PR agency.
  • Measuring success: Support analysis and reporting on KPIs and digital performance metrics
  • Supporting budget management: Provide insights and reporting to support marketing budget tracking and ensure strong return on investment
