Company Description

Best Practice Network is a leading provider of school improvement and professional development services, supporting educators across a wide range of settings. The organization collaborates closely with Teaching School Hubs (TSHs), Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), local authorities, and early years providers. Through these partnerships, Best Practice Network delivers nationally recognized qualifications and tailored solutions that help teachers and education professionals enhance their practice. Applicants joining the team will contribute to impactful programs that directly support the quality of teaching and leadership in education.

Role Description

The Marketing Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in the City of Bristol, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote professional development programs and qualifications, including email, social media, and digital content activities.

The Marketing Executive will conduct market research to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging email campaigns
  • Setting up social media and Google ads
  • Supporting sales initiatives with targeted marketing materials
  • Maintaining accurate marketing performance reports
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Contributing to the development of marketing plans that reinforce Best Practice Network’s brand in the education sector

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Market Planning to design and implement effective campaigns and initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customers, trends, and competitors.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate with stakeholders, and present marketing outcomes.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, nurture prospective clients, and align marketing activities with revenue goals.
  • Relevant experience in education, professional services, or not-for-profit marketing is beneficial.
  • Strong digital literacy, including use of CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms, is advantageous.
  • A qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is important for success in this role.
