About the role

ISF is looking for a proactive and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in London. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of two years' marketing experience who is keen to work closely with a sales team and see their marketing activity translate into real business outcomes. As part of a small and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and make a visible impact from an early stage.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for sales enablement, with a strong focus on North America, as well as supporting campaign and cross-channel marketing activity, marketing technologies and leading the promotion of the ISF podcast.

You will work closely with colleagues across our product portfolio including research, tools, account management and design to provide the sales team with the intelligence, messaging, materials and campaign support they need to drive regional awareness, build relationships and grow pipeline. This is a dynamic role that offers plenty of variety, exposure to different areas of marketing and the chance to make a meaningful contribution across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main marketing contact for the North American sales team.
  • Support regional go-to-market activity across our sales regions, particularly North America.
  • Produce and maintain sales enablement assets.
  • Gather input from the sales, delivery, account management and services teams, and turn it into content for senior security and risk audiences.
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Build, test and send email campaigns.
  • Draft and proofread copy for campaign assets and enablement materials, to ISF brand style.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and trackers so that activity goes out on time.
  • Support day-to-day use and optimisation of Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (marketing automation).
  • Report on campaign, channel and enablement performance across Salesforce, Pardot and GA4, and use AI tools such as Claude in day-to-day delivery.
  • Lead the promotion of the ISF podcast.
  • Work with colleagues across the marketing team on Member campaigns, webinars, events and the ISF World Congress as required.
  • Drive projects forward independently from brief through to completion, with guidance.
  • Responsible for maintaining the security of ISF Information assets, as directed by the Information Security Policy, associated policies and the security education, training, and awareness programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
