Marketing Executive

We're looking for a creative, organised and ambitious Marketing Executive who wants more than just another marketing job.

This is an opportunity to become a key player in a growing marketing team, taking ownership of campaigns, supporting high-profile events and helping shape how a leading healthcare organisation engages with patients, clinicians and stakeholders.

If you're someone who loves variety, enjoys making things happen and thrives when juggling multiple projects, you'll fit right in.

What makes this role different?

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days updating spreadsheets or coordinating diaries.

We're looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and get involved in everything from campaign delivery and event planning to creative content creation. The role has evolved significantly and sits at a much higher level than a traditional marketing support position, giving you real ownership and visibility across the business.

You'll join a supportive team where your ideas will be valued, your development encouraged and your work will have a genuine impact. This role offers the chance to broaden your experience across campaigns, events, marketing operations and digital delivery while working within a growing organisation that is helping people access vital healthcare services.

If you're looking for a role where you'll have variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
