Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a business that designs and manufactures hazardous area lighting for safe use in explosive atmospheres.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll join a small, collaborative marketing team where you'll enjoy a varied, hands-on role covering the full marketing mix. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through to delivery and is keen to broaden their experience across digital marketing, content, events, product marketing and communications.
While specialist agencies support areas such as PPC, website development and design, you'll manage many day-to-day marketing activities in-house and act as a key liaison between the business and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Deliver agreed multi-channel digital marketing activity—including website updates, landing pages and SEO/content optimisation—working closely with our external digital agency on targeted B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including audience segmentation, automated workflows, lead capture forms and campaign performance analytics.
- Lead the day-to-day management of social media channels (organic and paid), creating engaging content calendars to drive B2B audience growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
