About Haddonstone
Haddonstone is a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality cast stone products for the home, garden, building and construction sectors. Established in 1971, this family-owned business combines traditional craftsmanship with timeless design, creating products that are made to stand the test of time.
With more than 1,000 standard designs across its Home & Garden range, alongside standard and bespoke capabilities for Building & Construction, Haddonstone works with homeowners, garden designers, architects, landscapers, builders and developers across the UK and internationally.
Based at our headquarters in Northamptonshire, we are a close-knit business with a strong heritage and ambitious plans for the future. Our marketing team plays an important role in building the Haddonstone brand, showcasing our products and projects, and supporting wider commercial objectives.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you will support and deliver marketing activity across a broad range of channels, working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and colleagues across the business.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering social media, content creation, email marketing, design, website and e-commerce, analytics, market research and events. You will be expected to take ownership of projects from idea through to delivery, create engaging content yourself and use data and insight to continually improve marketing activity. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with colleagues across different departments and at all levels of the business.
The role would suit a creative, proactive and commercially minded marketer who enjoys variety, gets things done and is keen to develop their skills across a broad range of marketing disciplines.
Flexible Working
We are flexible about the working pattern for the right person. While this role could be offered on a full-time basis, we would also consider a part-time arrangement. We are more interested in finding someone with the right skills, creativity and approach than simply filling a set number of hours, and are happy to discuss working patterns as part of the recruitment process.

- Create content for social media, email, website, blogs, case studies, presentations and other marketing materials.
- Work with colleagues across the business to source content and identify opportunities for customer stories, case studies and projects.
- Monitor performance, trends and platform developments and use insights to improve engagement and reach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
