Circus PPC Agency is made up of a team of dynamic and dedicated paid media experts driving growth and efficiency for clients through relentless paid media management. We pride ourselves on our data-driven approach and commitment to client success.
Ambitious growth plans mean that our marketing department is expanding, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, eager-to-learn Marketing Executive with experience driving brand awareness with multi-channel content creation to help elevate our online presence and further establish us as thought leaders in the paid media industry.
Role Overview:
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll lead our social media output, working closely with the Marketing Director to help shape and execute strategy across a number of channels including social media, website, SEO, and PR. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging and informative content (including video and graphics) and ensuring all content aligns seamlessly with our overarching marketing strategy to promote the agency’s expertise and services. You will be a creative thinker with a good understanding of digital marketing and have your finger on the pulse of social media, bringing ideas and opportunities as to how we can develop our content to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage social media and content strategies that align with Circus PPC Agency’s marketing, brand, and business objectives.
- Oversee all social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Plan, create, and curate engaging and high-quality content, including website and blog content, infographics, videos, and other visual assets, adapting each to suit their platform.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.
- Assist and lead in the creation of video content, from concept development, to filming and editing.
- Design visually appealing graphics and other visual content that adheres to brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices with tools to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions to develop an engaged network across different channels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content and social media efforts support broader marketing campaigns, initiatives, and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the paid media industry, competitor activities, and relevant marketing trends to inform content strategy.
- Assist in campaign idea generation and execution designed to drive qualified business leads.

Experience Required:
- 1+ years of experience in working in general or specific areas of marketing e.g. social media, communications, PR.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing graphics using design tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva).
- Some experience in video content creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
