Marketing Executive

Location: Cardiff, hybrid working

Contract: Full-time

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Salary: £30,000

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support marketing activity across gcrs group and Global Access Partners. Gcrs group is a global regulatory and market-access consultancy. Global Access Partners is a new business helping beauty and fragrance brands prepare for and pursue international commercial opportunities.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help deliver content, campaigns, events, and marketing materials across both businesses. This is a hands-on support role, with strategy, budgets, commercial relationships, and final approvals remaining with the Marketing Manager and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and schedule social media, email, and website content
  • Help keep marketing calendars, Asana tasks, and campaign deadlines up to date
  • Prepare briefs and copy for the creative, website, and SEO teams
  • Update presentations, brochures, checklists, and other marketing materials
  • Research brands, retailers, distributors, and industry contacts for Global Access Partners
  • Prepare background research, brand profiles, and introductory communications
  • Support exhibitions, webinars, meetings, and other events
  • Gather information from internal teams, international partners, and participating brands
  • Compile basic marketing results and help organize marketing assets
  • Provide general support across current marketing campaigns and projects

  • Has previous marketing, communications, or content experience
  • Is a confident writer with strong attention to detail
  • Is organized and comfortable working across different tasks
  • Can follow a brief and deliver work accurately
  • Is confident using social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Is proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Has an interest in beauty, fragrance, or international business
