Join an award-winning international events business.
Five Senses Media (FSM) is an award-winning live events company that creates, owns and delivers market-leading exhibitions, conferences and awards across Europe, Asia, Australia and India.
We connect thousands of people with leading organisations through world-class live events and are proud to own some of the most respected exhibition brands in our sectors.
We're now looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Initially, you'll focus on our internationally recognised Wish for a Baby exhibition series, Europe's leading fertility exhibitions, helping to deliver visitor marketing campaigns that attract thousands of intended parents to our events across Europe. As you develop, you'll also have the opportunity to work across our growing portfolio of international trade exhibitions and conferences.
This role would suit a graduate or someone with up to two years' marketing experience who is looking to accelerate their career within an international events business.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering integrated visitor acquisition campaigns across multiple international exhibitions.
This is a hands-on marketing role where you'll gain experience across digital marketing, paid advertising, content creation, email marketing, social media, partnerships, website management and live event delivery.
No two days are the same. One day you could be creating social media content, writing website copy or launching an email campaign. The next you might be analysing campaign performance, coordinating promotional activity with speakers and influencers or helping deliver an exhibition overseas.
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised, commercially minded and genuinely excited by marketing. You'll enjoy taking ownership, bringing new ideas to the table and seeing your work directly influence visitor registrations and the success of our events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
