Marketing Executive
Exclusive opportunity to join a leading UK telecoms business as it continues to grow and develop a modern, commercially focused marketing function.
This is a broad Marketing Executive role supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing activity across consumer and business markets. Working across the wider Marketing team and with external agencies, you will help deliver campaigns, coordinate marketing activity and provide day-to-day operational support.
The role offers excellent exposure across multiple marketing disciplines and would suit an ambitious marketer looking to build their experience and develop their career within a growing business.
Hybrid working – 3 days in Oxfordshire office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated consumer and B2B marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, schedules, assets, approvals and key milestones.
- Support brand, community and local marketing activity, including events, sponsorships and network launches.
- Work with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
- Coordinate creative, media, production and other marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project plans and campaign schedules.
- Support marketing budget tracking, procurement and supplier administration.
- Manage marketing collateral, creative assets and brand resources.
- Help maintain brand consistency across marketing and customer communications.
- Support campaign reporting, performance updates and post-campaign reviews.
- Assist with content production, customer communications, events and proposition launches.
- Provide broader coordination and operational support across the Marketing team.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Campaign Executive or similar role.
- Experience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organisation and project coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with marketing agencies and external suppliers.
- Exposure to marketing budgets, reporting or performance tracking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital asset management or project management tools would be advantageous.
- Proactive, collaborative and keen to develop a long-term career in marketing.
