Brand Marketing Executive
Company: TF Solutions
Location: Northampton (The Hub) – Hybrid (2 days in office) + branch travel as required
Reports To: Senior Brand Manager

What you’ll be doing:
The TF Solutions marketing team develops and delivers the strategy that builds long-term customer relationships across existing and new markets. Alongside traditional campaigns, the team leads our customer value proposition, social media, and digital marketing. As Brand Marketing Executive, you will deliver marketing plans through agency management, digital development, and hands-on CRM campaigns. You will work closely with our sales, commercial, and operational teams to provide practical marketing expertise across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Delivery: Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering marketing plans and protecting the TF Solutions brand.
- CRM & Lifecycle Automation: Create, deploy, and refine automated lifecycle email campaigns using CRM platforms (such as Bloomreach, RedEye, or HubSpot).
- Agency Management: Brief and manage external creative and digital agencies to keep deliverables aligned with internal CRM data and brand strategy.
- Customer Voice & Insight: Use campaign data to track performance, share insights with the wider team, and champion the customer's perspective.
- Branch & Event Marketing: Produce content and support customer events, promotional campaigns, and local branch marketing.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing spend alongside the Senior Brand Manager to keep activity within agreed budgets.

Please note: This role is based at our office in Northampton (The Hub) on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office per week), with travel to our nationwide branch network when required.
Who you are:
You are a proactive, enthusiastic marketer with strong attention to detail and a track record of running hands-on campaigns inside CRM platforms.
Essential Criteria:
- 2+ years in a marketing role with direct experience building and running campaigns inside marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g. RedEye, Bloomreach, HubSpot).
- Practical understanding of email deliverability, data segmentation, and automated workflow triggers.
- Experience briefing and managing external marketing agencies.
- Strong communication skills across all levels, with the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
- A supportive team player focused on delivering a great customer experience.

Preferred Criteria:
- A degree in Marketing or Business.
- Familiarity with Customer Value Proposition (CVP) development.
- Broader digital marketing and project management experience.
- Ability to balance day-to-day campaign work with strategic thinking.
