Marketing Executive - Growth & Campaigns
The Lost Estate | London
The Lost Estate creates extraordinary live worlds around great stories, music and food. Marketing has always sat at the centre of how The Lost Estate thinks and operates. We think and act like a start-up with the budgets of a significantly bigger business - resulting in exceptionally high-quality work, ambitious campaign creation and big, strategic thinking.
It is a fairly exceptional place to learn and grow as a marketer. Everyone from our interns to our Sales & Marketing Director is learning and growing every day at a rate it’s hard to explain.
We are looking for a Marketing Executive
Who wants to be a core part of an exciting and ambitious team, helping across every part of the marketing machine - from Meta to CRM, Out of Home to Creative Strategy.
The role
You'll work closely with the wider Sales & Marketing team, our Creative Studio, Box Office, external agencies and The Lost Estate's co-founders.
This is a broad, hands-on role. Some days you may be analysing why one performance or audience is underperforming. On another you could be briefing the studio on a new advertising concept, building a CRM campaign, reviewing Meta creative performance or helping plan the launch strategy for a new Lost Estate experience across Out of Home and TV.
Your work will include:
- Campaign management: helping turn marketing plans into reality, managing deadlines, dependencies, agencies, assets and internal teams across several campaigns at once.
- CRM: supporting campaign planning and executing email activity, including segmentation, briefing, copywriting, testing, reporting and optimisation.
- Creative operations: managing the flow of work through our internal Creative Studio; writing good briefs, keeping projects moving and making sure talented creative people have what they need to produce their best work.
- Creative strategy: looking at advertising and customer data to understand what is working, what isn't and what we should make next.
- Paid media: supporting campaign builds, ad uploads, testing, reporting and optimisation across platforms including Meta, while developing an understanding of a broader multi-channel media strategy.
- Customer and market research: developing a much deeper understanding of who our audiences are, why they buy, why they don't and how those insights should change our marketing.
- Launches: helping develop and execute launch strategies for new shows, releases, offers and ticket drops.
- PR and partnerships: supporting earned-media, creator, partnership and promotional opportunities where they can materially grow awareness or sales.
- Sales and Box Office: working closely with the people speaking to customers every day, understanding objections, identifying opportunities and helping turn customer behaviour into better marketing.
- Reporting and commercial analysis: using sales and marketing data to identify problems early and help decide what the business should do about them.
- Systems and AI: continually looking for better ways of working. We actively use AI, automation and tech to remove repetitive work and give the team more time for strategy, deep work and thinking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why this role is different
Many marketing careers become specialised very quickly today. Within a small and ambitious team like ours, that is almost guaranteed not happen.
At The Lost Estate you will learn how we launch entirely new products into the market, building anticipation using an intelligent balance of scarcity, exclusivity and access; position a premium product; acquire customers profitably; develop creative from performance data; and build a brand people want to be part of.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You'll see how a business that became heavily Meta-led in their approach to marketing develops into a much broader marketing operation spanning paid social, Google, YouTube, CRM, PR, partnerships, creators, OOH, organic content and brand investment.
You'll also learn one of the hardest disciplines in consumer marketing: selling tickets.
A ticket is perhaps the ultimate perishable product. When the curtain goes up, every unsold seat has a value of zero.
That creates a fascinating marketing problem. How do you drive demand today without destroying the premium positioning you need tomorrow? When do you change creative? Change audience? Change channel? Change the offer? When is a sales problem actually a pricing problem or a product problem? And when should you do absolutely nothing?
What we are looking for
You'll probably have around 2–3 years of experience in marketing, although we are open-minded about that. You don't need experience in theatre. You will need evidence that you have taken real responsibility for marketing activity and can explain what happened as a result.
We'd particularly like to meet people who are bright, curious, creative, analytical, ambitious and organised.
Location: West Kensington
Reports to: Head of Performance Marketing
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Applying
Alongside your CV, we'd like you to tell us about one piece of marketing you've worked on that you think was genuinely great. What problem did you solve, what did you learn and what would you do differently next time.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
