Referment is working with a well-established international organisation to hire a Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team.
This is a broad, hands-on role working across a portfolio of products and services, helping to plan and deliver marketing campaigns across international markets.
You'll work with colleagues across marketing, commercial and product teams to develop campaigns, support new launches and increase customer engagement.
It's a good opportunity for someone with a couple of years' marketing experience who wants to take on more responsibility within a large international business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Creating campaigns across email, digital, paid media and organic social.
- Supporting the launch and promotion of new products and services.
- Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing activity.
- Using campaign data and market insights to understand performance and improve future activity.
- Supporting content and event-led marketing initiatives.
- Managing multiple campaigns and projects at the same time

What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have around 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, with exposure to delivering digital campaigns.
We're Particularly Interested In People Who Have
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Worked with email marketing, social media or digital marketing platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- The ability to understand campaign data and performance metrics.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience within publishing, education, professional services, information services or another international organisation would be useful, but isn't essential.
