Location: London, UK
Salary: £32-35k (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The Role

The Marketing Executive is a generalist support role, working alongside both the Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. You will assist with day-to-day marketing operations, helping with website updates, content uploads, social media scheduling, campaign execution, and customer engagement.

You will report to the Head of Marketing to ensure that initiatives are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management Support: Maintain and update website content, including product pages, blogs, and collections.
  • SEO & Content Optimisation: Assist with SEO updates, keyword research, and content uploads to improve search rankings.
  • E-commerce Support: Manage stock levels for pantry products and ensure accurate product availability.
  • Content & Social Media: Support with content creation, scheduling, and posting on social media under the guidance of the Brand Manager.
  • Customer Queries & Review Management: Respond to website-related queries and handle customer feedback.
  • Customer Service Support: Work with the Sales team’s Shopify SMEs to support on all matters of customer service.
  • Email Marketing & CRM Support: Assist in campaign execution, email scheduling, and audience segmentation.
  • Events & PR Support: Assist with event logistics, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.

The Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • 2:1 degree, preferably in marketing.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask across brand and digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of website management, SEO, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and content management systems (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
  • Passion for food, marketing, and digital trends.
