About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join the Scrivens Marketing team. This role is integral to supporting our marketing function, ensuring brand consistency and delivering engaging campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal teams and branch colleagues to bring our brand to life and drive customer engagement.

This is a full-time role based in our head office in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

  • Point of Sale Management: Coordinate and manage point-of-sale (POS) orders for stores, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance. Liaising with our print agency to manage stock levels of marketing materials.
  • Branch Support: Respond to branch queries regarding marketing campaigns, promotions, and available materials.
  • Social Media: Create and post engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Scrivens brand guidelines.
  • Brand Ambassador: Uphold and champion brand standards across all marketing activities and communications.
  • Campaign Input & Delivery: Contribute ideas to brand campaigns and assist in their execution and delivery.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with teams such as Finance and Professional Services to set up and deliver campaigns effectively.
  • Training Support: Assist in training branch colleagues in marketing materials and how to use them effectively.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Regularly contribute to marketing activities across the department and provide support to the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager.

It would be great if you have:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Proficient in copywriting with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Committed to being a brand ambassador and maintaining brand integrity.
  • Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and social media tools such as Meta business suite or similar software is advantageous
