Group Marketing Executive
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Hours: Hybrid, 9:00-17:00
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000, DOE

As we continue our growth, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive to join our team and make a real impact in supporting and delivering marketing activity across our global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of marketing activity across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring work is accurate, well organized, and aligned with the Harlequin brand.
- Designing and producing marketing materials including adverts, brochures, leaflets, digital assets, presentations, event materials, and sales support documents.
- Maintaining existing marketing assets and shared resources, including templates, image libraries, case studies, price lists, and sales tools, ensuring they remain accurate, up to date, on-brand, and easy to access.
- Using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to create high-quality marketing assets for print, digital, email, social media, and events.
- Supporting the planning, organization, and delivery of trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, including preparation of materials, logistics, packing, setup support, stand presentation, and promotional activity.
- Creating and updating website content through the CMS, including product pages, downloadable assets, promotional banners, and campaign landing pages.
- Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with SEO activity, including applying keyword recommendations, supporting on-page optimization, and helping to improve the visibility and performance of key website pages.
- Supporting email marketing activity, including creating internal and external email content, managing database information, and assisting with campaign delivery.
- Contributing ideas and creating content for social media and campaign content.
- Liaising with internal teams, including Sales, Contracts, Operations, and international offices, to gather information, coordinate requests, and support marketing delivery.
- Assisting with monthly marketing reporting.
- Supporting the wider marketing team with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, or similar.
- Experience creating or supporting marketing materials for print and digital channels.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience using a CMS and CRM system.
- A good understanding of brand consistency and the importance of following brand guidelines.
- Confidence working with internal teams, external suppliers, and agency partners.
- Exposure to marketing activity across events, email marketing, and social media, such as trade shows, exhibitions, campaign emails, and social content.
- Experience in dance, performing arts, education, events, manufacturing, flooring, interiors, architecture, or technical product sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.

Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using website CMS platforms.
- Experience using CRM or email marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and website content.
- Basic reporting skills, including the ability to support monthly reporting across social media, advertising, email, and campaign activity.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Account Engagement would be advantageous.
- An interest in the dance and performing arts industry.
Our Offer:
- Annual leave entitlement (increasing 1 day annually for each year of service).
- £28,000-£32,000, dependent on experience.
